Safenova Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing Safenova.
1. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of your transaction.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.
To cancel your order, you must inform our payment provider, Paddle, of your decision. You may do so by contacting Paddle through their official support channels.
For subscription services, the right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals.
2. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement within the permitted 14-day period:
  • You will receive a full reimbursement of all payments received from you.
  • Reimbursement will be processed without undue delay.
  • Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via Paddle.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the 14-day cancellation period described above.
