Run your first scan

Once your domain is added, you can run a manual scan and review the results in Scan History.

Run a manual scan​

  1. Open Domains: /dashboard
  2. Find the domain you added
  3. Click Scan (or Start Scan)
  4. Wait for the scan to finish

Where to find the report​

After completion, open:

  • Scan History: /dashboard/scans

You can then:

  • Open a report to see security score/grade and findings
  • Generate the AI report summary (if available for your account)
  • View the next steps for remediation

If the scan fails​

If you see a failed scan:

  1. Check that the domain is reachable from the public internet
  2. Verify that firewall/WAF rules are not blocking the scanner
  3. Ensure the required ports/services are accessible for the scan
